সূরা আল-আন'আম আয়াত ১৪ (৬:১৪) — Surah Al-An'am Verse 6:14
قُلْ أَغَيْرَ ٱللَّهِ أَتَّخِذُ وَلِيًّۭا فَاطِرِ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَهُوَ يُطْعِمُ وَلَا يُطْعَمُ ۗ قُلْ إِنِّىٓ أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أَكُونَ أَوَّلَ مَنْ أَسْلَمَ ۖ وَلَا تَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ
উচ্চারণ: qul aghayra l-lahi attakhidhu waliyyan fāṭiri l-samāwāti wal-arḍi wahuwa yuṭ'ʿimu walā yuṭ'ʿamu qul innī umir'tu an akūna awwala man aslama walā takūnanna mina l-mush'rikīna
প্রচলিত বাংলা অনুবাদ: বল, আমি কি আসমান যমীনের সৃষ্টিকর্তা আল্লাহকে বাদ দিয়ে অন্যকে অভিভাবক বানিয়ে নেব, অথচ তিনিই খাওয়ান, তাঁকে খাওয়ানো হয় না, বল আমাকে আদেশ করা হয়েছে আমি যেন আত্মসমর্পণকারীদের প্রথম হই, আর তুমি কিছুতেই মুশরিকদের মধ্যে শামিল হবে না।
Conventional English Translation: Say, "Is it other than Allah I should take as a protector, Creator of the heavens and the earth, while it is He who feeds and is not fed?" Say, [O Muhammad], "Indeed, I have been commanded to be the first [among you] who submit [to Allah] and [was commanded], 'Do not ever be of the polytheists.' "
