সূরা ইয়াসীন আয়াত ৬৬ (৩৬:৬৬) — Surah Ya-Sin Verse 36:66
وَلَوْ نَشَآءُ لَطَمَسْنَا عَلَىٰٓ أَعْيُنِهِمْ فَٱسْتَبَقُوا۟ ٱلصِّرَٰطَ فَأَنَّىٰ يُبْصِرُونَ
উচ্চারণ: walaw nashāu laṭamasnā ʿalā aʿyunihim fa-is'tabaqū l-ṣirāṭa fa-annā yub'ṣirūna
প্রচলিত বাংলা অনুবাদ: আমি ইচ্ছে করলে তাদের দৃষ্টিশক্তি বিলুপ্ত করে দিতাম। তখন তারা পথের দিকে দৌঁড়ে দেখতে চাইলে কীভাবে তারা দেখতে পেত?
Conventional English Translation: And if We willed, We could have obliterated their eyes, and they would race to [find] the path, and how could they see?
শব্দ ও রূট বিশ্লেষণ: لَطَمَسْنَا عَلَىٰ أَعْيُنِهِمْ (la-ṭamasnā 'alā a'yunihim): We would have obliterated their eyes; فَاسْتَبَقُوا الصِّرَاطَ: they would race to the path; يُبْصِرُونَ: they see.
শব্দে শব্দে অর্থ (Word by Word Meaning 36:66)
- وَلَوْ (walaw) — এবং যদি / And if
- نَشَآءُ (nashāu) — চাই আমরা / We willed [রূট: شيا]
- لَطَمَسْنَا (laṭamasnā) — দিতে পারি অবশ্যই / We could surely obliterate [রূট: طمس]
- عَلَىٰٓ (ʿalā) — আমরা আলো নিভিয়ে / over
- أَعْيُنِهِمْ (aʿyunihim) — তাদের চোখের / their eyes [রূট: عين]
- فَٱسْتَبَقُوا۟ (fa-is'tabaqū) — তারা অতঃপর চলতে চাইতো / then they would race to [রূট: سبق]
- ٱلصِّرَٰطَ (l-ṣirāṭa) — পথে / the path [রূট: صرط]
- فَأَنَّىٰ (fa-annā) — তখন কেমন করে / then how [রূট: اني ]
- يُبْصِرُونَ (yub'ṣirūna) — তারা দেখতে পাবে / could they see? [রূট: بصر]
