সূরা আল-কলম আয়াত ৩৩ (৬৮:৩৩) — Surah Al-Qalam Verse 68:33
كَذَٰلِكَ ٱلْعَذَابُ ۖ وَلَعَذَابُ ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ أَكْبَرُ ۚ لَوْ كَانُوا۟ يَعْلَمُونَ
উচ্চারণ: kadhālika l-ʿadhābu walaʿadhābu l-ākhirati akbaru law kānū yaʿlamūna
প্রচলিত বাংলা অনুবাদ: ‘আযাব এ রকমই হয়ে থাকে। আর আখিরাতের ‘আযাব তো সবচেয়ে কঠিন। যদি তারা জানত!
Conventional English Translation: Such is the punishment [of this world]. And the punishment of the Hereafter is greater, if they only knew.
শব্দ ও রূট বিশ্লেষণ: الْعَذَابُ: earthly loss of ecological wealth as a warning of cosmic catastrophe.

- أَكْبَرُ ۚ (akbaru) — অনেক বড় / [is] greater, [রূট: كبر]
- لَوْ (law) — যদি / if
- كَانُوا۟ (kānū) — তারা / they only [রূট: كون]
- يَعْلَمُونَ (yaʿlamūna) — জানত / knew. [রূট: علم]
