সূরা আর-রূম আয়াত ১০ (৩০:১০) — Surah Ar-Rum Verse 30:10
ثُمَّ كَانَ عَـٰقِبَةَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَسَـٰٓـُٔوا۟ ٱلسُّوٓأَىٰٓ أَن كَذَّبُوا۟ بِـَٔايَـٰتِ ٱللَّهِ وَكَانُوا۟ بِهَا يَسْتَهْزِءُونَ
উচ্চারণ: thumma kāna ʿāqibata alladhīna asāū l-sūā an kadhabū biāyāti l-lahi wakānū bihā yastahziūna
প্রচলিত বাংলা অনুবাদ: অতঃপর যারা মন্দ কাজ করত, তাদের পরিণাম হয়েছিল মন্দ; কারণ তারা আল্লাহর নিদর্শনাবলীকে অস্বীকার করেছিল আর সেগুলো নিয়ে ঠাট্টা-বিদ্রূপ করত।
Conventional English Translation: Then the end of those who did evil was the worst [consequence] because they denied the signs of Allah and used to ridicule them.

- ثُمَّ (thumma) — অতঃপর / Then

- ٱلَّذِينَ (alladhīna) — তাদের যারা / those who
- أَسَـٰٓـُٔوا۟ (asāū) — মন্দকর্ম করেছিল / did evil [রূট: سوا]
- ٱلسُّوٓأَىٰٓ (l-sūā) — মন্দ / the evil [consequence] [রূট: سوا]
- أَن (an) — যেহেতু / because
- كَذَّبُوا۟ (kadhabū) — তারা অস্বীকার করেছিল / they denied [রূট: كذب]
- بِـَٔايَـٰتِ (biāyāti) — নিদর্শনাবলীকে / the signs of [রূট: ايي]
- ٱللَّهِ (l-lahi) — আল্লাহর / Allah [রূট: اله]
- وَكَانُوا۟ (wakānū) — এবং তারা ছিল / and they used to [রূট: كون]
- بِهَا (bihā) — তা নিয়ে / at them
- يَسْتَهْزِءُونَ (yastahziūna) — বিদ্রূপ করত / mock [রূট: هزا]
