সূরা ফুসসিলাত আয়াত ১১ (৪১:১১) — Surah Fussilat Verse 41:11
ثُمَّ ٱسْتَوَىٰٓ إِلَى ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَهِىَ دُخَانٌۭ فَقَالَ لَهَا وَلِلْأَرْضِ ٱئْتِيَا طَوْعًا أَوْ كَرْهًۭا قَالَتَآ أَتَيْنَا طَآئِعِينَ
উচ্চারণ: thumma is'tawā ilā l-samāi wahiya dukhānun faqāla lahā walil'arḍi i'tiyā ṭawʿan aw karhan qālatā ataynā ṭāiʿīna
প্রচলিত বাংলা অনুবাদ: তারপর নজর দিয়েছেন আকাশের দিকে যখন তা ছিল ধোঁয়া (’র মত)। তখন তিনি আকাশ আর পৃথিবীকে বললেন- আমার অনুগত হও, ইচ্ছায় অথবা অনিচ্ছায়। উভয়ে বলল- আমরা স্বেচ্ছায় অনুগত হলাম।
Conventional English Translation: Then He directed Himself to the heaven while it was smoke and said to it and to the earth, "Come [into being], willingly or by compulsion." They said, "We have come willingly."
