সূরা আল-ইনসান আয়াত ১ (৭৬:১) — Surah Al-Insan Verse 76:1
هَلْ أَتَىٰ عَلَى ٱلْإِنسَـٰنِ حِينٌۭ مِّنَ ٱلدَّهْرِ لَمْ يَكُن شَيْـًۭٔا مَّذْكُورًا
উচ্চারণ: hal atā ʿalā l-insāni ḥīnun mina l-dahri lam yakun shayan madhkūran
প্রচলিত বাংলা অনুবাদ: মহাকালের মধ্য হতে মানুষের উপর কি এমন একটা সময় অতিবাহিত হয়নি যখন সে উল্লেখ করার যোগ্য কোন বস্তুই ছিল না?
Conventional English Translation: Has there [not] come upon man a period of time when he was not a thing [even] mentioned?
শব্দ ও রূট বিশ্লেষণ: حِينٌ مِّنَ الدَّهْرِ: the billions of years of cosmic and pre-biological history preceding the emergence of conscious human observers; شَيْئًا مَّذْكُورًا: not yet an actualized or named conscious species.
